Alica Balkova a spol., was founded on February 17th, 1992, as a stand alone business entity with the headquarters in Hurbanovo, Zeleny Haj, being registered with the Business Registry of Slovakia, at the branch of Superior Court of Nitra county.
In the beginning, the company produced bread, pastries and concentrated on a different varieties of daily bakery goods.
In 1997 we changed our production line and started producing cookies of finest quality under the brand name of ALICA.
Our products do not contain any chemical preservatives or artificial coloring and we only use natural ingredients in our recipes. We are very proud to say that due to the technological procedure we use, the shelf life of the cookies is 6 - 12 months.
