We are glad to develop their unique product GLYCEROL MONO STEARATE (GMS) which is popular for usage as an emulsifier/softening agent in bakery products which increases the shelf life of bread and other products.
GMS is used in the bakers yeast also to help retaining the moisture of the product thereby helps easy cutting, packing and softening the yeast cake.
It is also widely used in biscuits, ice creams, margarines as an emulsifier ,in peanut butter as stabilizing agent be ...tween peanuts oils and fibers, in toffees and chocolates in multiple ways.
The product is cheap and safe being organic ( as no animal fats are used) to make your product more appealing and cost effective.
