General product information
GluAm is by Aspergillus (Aspergillus nige) fine strains the deep fermentation refined refinement becomes. Widely used in wine, starch processing, starch sugar, alcohol, monosodium glutamate and antibiotics and other industries.Properties:GluAm provides maximum benefit at pH 4.0 to 4.5 and at a temperature of 58 to 60°C or 136 to 140°F. It can still perform satisfactorily at a pH range of 3.0 to 5.5 and a temperature range of 40 to 60°C or 104 to 140°F.
Enzyme Activity: 100,000 U/ml Bulk Density: 1.25g / ml Unit Definition: The amount of enzyme needed to hydrolyze 1 mg of starch in one hour at pH 4.6 at the reaction temperature of 40°C.
Appearance: brown liquid, with the peculiar smell enzymes. Note: does not affect the color of the enzyme activity.
GluAm is safe to use and complies to the industry standard of the People's Republic of China, QB 1805.2-93.

Solid Form: The solid form of GluAm is packaged in drum or plastic woven bag. Alternative packaging for smaller or larger quantities is available upon request.
