nhyira was strted by my husdand and i. it comprises of different holdings i take care of the bakery among other things. we ve been in operation for a while now and is the main bakery that serves the whole of the north of ghana with menu similar to what you would find in america or uk. i use pre mix because it gives me a lighter finish and its easier to work with. as a company we are expanding and will like our products every where to taste the same so looking for companies that can supply us with grest premix for competitive prices. our menu includes cakes for all occassions, pastries, bread, sandwiches and more.
