We have two producers ( factories) Ozdoyuran gida and Unipak. We are producing any kind of Flour Types like Bread flour, Cake Flour, Noodle Flour ( wet/dry),Biscuit Flour, Self raising Flour, Flour for feed ( Animal feed ). We have 10.000 metric tons monthly wheat processing capacity at 2 flour mills. We are Global Flour Exporter since 1942.
Agroturk is another company which is a import company. It imports wheat from Russia and Urkeine. Wheat is growing in Turkey but it is not enough for domestic market and froeign market therefore import has to be needed.
FOODEX INTERNATIONAL INC. is sales and export company. There are 3 sales people 2 logistics people and 2 people are working in the accounting department.
In all our groups AgroTurk , Ozdoyuran, Unipak and Foodex International t ...here are working 250 people in total. Because of our good buisness we are searching for a new factory ( wheat flour production company ) for renting or for buying to increase our capacity to 20.000 tons per month. Currently our capacity is 10.000.
Our companies are owned by Ozdoyuran Family ( Nazmi Ozdoyuran ) who has been in food production business for over 65 years. The group has become one of the leaders in both the domestic market in Turkey and abroad.
Our Total annual is 20.000.000 usd. ( %30 domestic and %70 export)
Why Turkey ? Why Turkish wheat / Flour : Turkey is one of the top 10 wheat growing countries in the world. Turkey is ranked number 2 in flour exports worldwide. With its variety of type of wheat and geographical location at the crossroads between Europe and Asia, Turkish Mills are exporting to 5 continents.
We have strong interest in supplying wheat flour to your country and we believe we have the capabilities in terms of quality, technical and also experienced sales team. I also would like to underline the fact that we are very experienced in logistics.
Marmara Region ( Istanbul ) offers us as well all its logistical advantages as per our proximity to the biggest ports, such as Ambarli Port, which allows us to export easily.
The countries that we are currently exporting : Indonesia, Sudan, Indonesia,Tailand, Madagaskar, Israil, Gana, Malezya, Singapour, Kenya, Mauritius, Dubai, Umman, Mozambik,Gambiya, Taiwan and Gine.
Please be noted that we have all certificates that we are using for the countries that we are exporting.
During our shipments we use Containers 20'. Packing in 50 kg PP bags, 25 kg PP bags, 25 kg kraft Paper Bags. For domestic we are using 1, 2 kg and 5 kg Bags and we are also using them for other countries.
Based on our quality: In our fully equipped laboratory, we are able to conduct any type of detailed analysis your flour production might require. We do first our internal inspection before shipment if necessary third party inspection is being done by SGS ( based on our customer require)
Our production is realized in according to TSN ISO 9001 : 2000 and ISO 22000 - 2005 quality standards with the supervision of our professional Food Engineers. All the production is maintained in stricktest of standards in order to receive 100 % customer satisfaction. Read more
